I think Obama got it. That extra money You're talking about. They absorb our debt with it then we pay Bukku interest on it. Either way we lose..Great idea freetrade with countries who don't sell much of our stuff over there...They got a helluva racket going on....but we just keep trying to please them..Till all the money's gone. I don't like Jap cars. i don't care where they make'em. Even Mack trucks is owned by foreigners. It's ridiculous anymore.
