Re: DHL busting unions
I have worked for DHL in St. Louis for 21 years and was laid-off Friday Feb.13th. I have written a letter to Ken Allen, the new DHL Express US CEO, which has gone unanswered. I believe the individual station managers are responsible for the driver cuts, due to decreased volume of freight but also they want to get rid of as many drivers as possible to save on the benefits contributed to them so as to increase their bonuses by saving labor costs. They are foolish!!!!! Spending a thousand dollars to save a hundred at the expense of the customer not getting their freight delivered or picked up in the timely manner they have paid for!!!!!!!!!!
