Shares of trucking firm Arkansas Best (ABFS) are up 34 cents, or 1.5%, at $22.60 today, after RW Baird analyst Jon Langenfeld raised his rating on the stock to “Neutral” from “Underperform,” with a $26 price target, writing that the 14% drop in the stock yesterday, after the firm Monday failed to get Teamster buy-in to union wage cuts, was excessive.

The stock is now at 1 times book value, which presents a more reasonable outlook for the shares, writes Langenfeld.
