    Default Coo

I hear today that theirs a change of operations in the office nation wide. The billing and collection will be done at one terminal, I hear it is Dayton. I was told that 4 office people will lose their jobs. After they just cut 4 office people a couple weeks ago, sad day!

So do they think by cutting office help at local terminals and putting them elsewhere is going tobe big savings to them. I'm sure that they will need to hire help in Dayton or am i reading your post wrong. If this company would get back to running the ship like they can or know how to things would be better for sure. There is still so much stupid crap going on that they could improve costs by starting there. But I guess maybe they need to continue the scheme that they have planned to keep big tyson convinced that we are so bad off. Just my rambling thoughts though.

I don't know Brother, all I heard is that it is going to be centralized. Please check out your terminals for conformation. Lets keep each other informed!

710, We are a satellite term of 334 and on top of that we have a 27 or 28 year old terminal mgr that knows it all except when you start asking the tough questions. Its amazing but then all of a sudden he becomes stupid when hes asked the questions about whats going on. I just got back to work after 8 weeks off on STD and his first words to me was he couldn't believe we voted down the pay cut, so I think you can see where I'm trying go with this. Anything you can give for info is greatly appreciated.

I don't think so. They are the Relief Billers. I know the person in charge. When she was in Cleveland she was a hand full. Not a very friendly person too speak of.

Well 710 I took your advice and asked our terminal mgr about what was happening only to be told he didn't know anything was changing. I then asked about our relief biller and he said she was in fort smith and shes been different lately but other then that he doesn't know or isn't saying.

So they are taking union work and transfering it to nonunion workers. I know the relief billers at the fort are nonunion, but have been told our work is moving to Dayton.
