    Default Judy's "incentive cash" payments

McReynolds' base salary increased from $450,000 in 2010 to $525,000 in 2011, and she also received a $383,000 "incentive cash" payment, up from about $143,000 the previous year.

    Determining Appropriate Pay Levels
Total direct compensation, including base salary, annual cash incentives, longterm cash incentives and equity awards, is also targeted to meet or exceed the 50th percentile of the market when the Company performs above target performance.

That's a $383,000 incentive cash payment for 2011 and a $143,000 incentive cash payment for 2010...and those incentive cash payments are reserved for when the company performs "above" target performance!!!!!!

I doubt Judy is overpaid as far as what CEO's are paid. Her performance will be judged on how well and if she can reduce the cost structure thing at ABF. Her job may even be on the line. There is no way she can survive and allow the cost gap to widen between her and YRC..just another ugly reality

Your most likely correct Bean... I would rather see her lose her job before all the ABF"s have to give up pay to increase the bonuses that would be paid if she succeeds..

I was only at ABF for 6 years but was impressed at the way they run their business. IMO corporate ABF is shrewd and they probably already know what they can get from the IBT. But the ABF Teamsters, as a whole, are also pretty shrewd. Hoffa & co. will have a hard time selling the contract to the members but it will get done. IMO Judy will earn her bonus or sink the company trying.
