    Default "blown away"

    I just read the July issue of ABF by-lines & I am surprised to see that the customers are "blown away" by the service ABF provides. Most of the customers that I have been involved with were so pissed off about the quality of the crummy tables & having to wait so long for their replacement that they were not interested in how difficult the delivery was............The report is about the Turnkey replacement of defective stone tabletops in peoples backyards & up on their patios & decks.

    To quote the president "The TurnKey portion of the solution includes special shipping instructions and labels, protective packaging during shipment, two person delivery crews, residential delivery to patios or backyards, removing old tabletops from there bases, unpacking, assembling the replacement tops and removing the old tops and packing material"

    I'm glad to hear that ABF is satisfied with the way we get the job done because it is ball busting hump freight, every step of the way, from the loading dock to the dumpster.

    Yeah I can't belive the things they ask drivers to do. We won't do them unless we have two people.
