Well the change is in motion. We had 5 guys relocate from South Chicago. You know in some instances, you might be glad to see some guys go, this case, 5 of our hardest workers are going to lucky terminals, and I really hate to see them go. Yeah a bunch of them came north. I cant remember all but some to Wisconsin and Illinois. This will be an interesting winter.
