Game Score Recording Issues

I know everyone wants their high scores recorded but it's getting tougher and tougher to resolve this issue.
Due to the fact that we are dealing not only with free software which has little support we are also dealing with different versions of that software.
Everyone has their computer configured differently and that too effects how programs like Flash interact with the games.

We have not given up on this but we're also running out of options so please just enjoy the games as they are and we'll keep you updated on how things are going on our end in trying to get this fixed.

Last night I played Jewel Quest for close to an hour & a 1/2 to rack up a high score of 238,572 points all for nought. The score didn't register

I'm sorry your score did not record Animo. The only option we have at this moment to keep that from happening again is to turn the games off and I'm pretty sure nobody wants that.
