Anheuser-Busch SOLD ???????

Is Budweiser going to be sold or can the company actually survive the takeover bid by laying off union workers ????? Look at what has happened at SAB Miller ! I've heard that their working conditions are not the best. I hope that this trend of laying off union workers especially Teamsters doesn't catch on. How do you run a union with no members ??????????? Or one that is losing members instead of adding to the rank & file ?????

Its about jobs & working conditions ! You ever worked in that division ? That industry has been cutting away union jobs for years. You may love to drink your beer but it will be made by non-union hands ! Cheers !!!!

It is not going to be good for the American workers. Are you a brewery worker there, or somewhere else?

welcome to the forum jusfer,

its ironic that alot of these companies cut the union jobs because they say union labor is costing them to much but yet when they use nonunion labor the price still goes up. with all the savings they are getting with nonunion labor shouldnt they be able to lower the price,, oh yea the corporations are full of sh**. If the industry ever went all non union labor I would just start making my own , this way i will know it will always be union made..

If my Bud Light is made in Belgum I will have to yet find another favorite beer to drink. Just when you think they can't possibly take any more from you they hit you where it really hurts
