I talked with my BA today and he said that cassens was going to be putting on more drivers bringing the total to 30. The Lewiston ford freight went non-union and he said we would be picketing the non-union yard, which he said the Canadian teamsters would honor the picket while Superior was loading. He made no mention of Cerrone meeting with Cassens. He also said he was going to try to press the issue with Allied to hire more drivers. To date he said he only thinks one driver went to Allied. I thought we all went out over the 15% paycut and lost our jobs over it and now he wants us to take the 15% paycut with Allied. I will not go to Alled under any circumstance. According to our BA fifteen top guys either retired or are permanent wc or disability and cannot pass the physical, so that means you just moved up LOAD AND PARK CHARLIE. Did you secretly negotiate this mess so you could move up 15 spots? Next You'll want to run my NYCs and DCs.

Not a chance flip it. I was not involved in this highly questionable escapade.
I can't say that i'm sorry about the retiring men either. But the guys on legitamate comp or disability, thats iffy.

I want to see everyone get a chance to get their jobs back. As far as your nyc and dc garbage, "I mean gravy" - nope, I will leave that all for you...

Art 22 is the new bussiness art and if you do end up at Allied you will see the abuse of this art hauling what they call new bussiness at running mile rate, most of which we have been hauling for years but of corse Suckerman will not support the facts so he continues to allow Allied more concessions. And as far as the 2000 bonus goes I don't care how you try to word it, sell it or call it the whole deal SUCKED and I for one would never had sold a fellow teamster out and for those who did vote yes for a little bit of pocket change you should feel the pain of being out of work.

I am very glad to hear it . In hope this contract settles into something we can live with.
I wanted a 2 year deal so we could align with ALLIED IN 2010. Then and only then we could fix the whole damn thing. really don't think they are going to give us that chance though.
