    Kobalt Tools

Anybody that loves tools with lifetime warranties try Kobalt. Sold at Lowes..
I have a 30' Tape measure and I called Lowes and told them about it being jammed and they informed me that Kobalt tools have a life time guarantee..They will replace them no questions asked.I thought Craftsman was the only ones who did that.

The all-important part...Are they made in the USA? Possibly even union made?

NO they are made in China.I just looked.I also got some Craftsman made in china.I just looked at them as well.I do have quite a few K&D tools made in America. But they only have an out of site guarantee. I also just out of curiosity pulled the tape all the way out and it is made in America. Go Figure that one.

dirtball, i was over at lowes and checked them out. bought an 18 mm deep well socket. kobalt.... made in USA. looks like they might make some things over seas and some here.

another they carry is SureFire Flashlights & Tactical Lights lowes has the 6pled and g2led

i have quite an array of these flashlights and so do my sons who carried them into combat overseas.

surefire gives a good discount to military but a call to their military 800 is needed.
