It is essential that there should be organization of labor.
This is an era of organization. Capital organizes and therefore labor must organize.

That was in August, after making the Hyundai my car I started feeling guilty driving Korean made goods although it was a great car had it 8 years and put 83,000 miles on it, so I went looking and brought home my '08. Sold the 2000 model foriegner to a dad of a 16 year old for $1900, a fair price after all isn't America supposed to work like that. I buy a new Ford (American auto) and sell my old car at fair price to a neighbor kid as a first vehicle,, except next time the "newcomer gets a used American Made auto"..
Hey "W" I am trying to be a one man "recession cracker" here and you are keeping the rest of the country down..

The problem has gone further than what one sees on the surface. Although a product may seem to be American, or the label says made in America, It very well may have components made elsewhere. Some labels may even say made in America but they are assembled in Chin, Taiwan, Mexico, etc. Cars are a prime example,. The venerable Dodge Hemi motors, once an American icon of muscle and power, is now made in Mexico. GM and Ford are no different.
Here's a list of some helpful sites for finding strictly made in the USA products.
American Made Products and/or Services Made in USA
Still Made in USA.com - American-Made Products for Home and Family
Buy Made in the USA
U.S. Stuff Home- Made in USA Products, Assembled in USA Products, usstuff.com
http://www.madeinusaforever.com/
There are many more that can be found searching on Google. Even try a search for Union made and see what comes up. As a side note, when I had the chance I applied for a UnionPlus credit card. I have been happy making that choice. As a benefit, I get discounts usuing my UnionPlus card at Union manufacturers and retailers. It can all be found on Google. That's how I found the few I posted.
Union Plus labor unions resources, benefits for union members
We just need to be more diligent in out purchasing. If we need or want something, our first stop should be the internet. Look for those American products and retailers. There are a few internet sites that retail through the web where you can do you shopping for American goods online. It's time to keep the money, the jobs, and the American way of life where it belongs.....Here at HOME!!!
