I'm waiting for the diesel hybrid to come out. Looks like maybe end of the year or next year. Until then I'll keep VW.
Now isn't this money just a loan from your next years taxes. I thought I read that somewhere. Next year you will get less the money received this year. If thats the case it doesn't make me real happy.

When we received this tax rebate before, if I remember right we had to list it as income on the tax year we received it. Now that is what I call a double tax.

Just another way for the government to screw those of us that make a good living. I usually try to set it up where I owe under $100 or get back very little, that way I get to keep my money all year and do what I want instead of the government keeping it.

I know just as soon as these checks hit the mailboxes of the people this economic downturn will stop and all will be right with the world as we know it.."W" said this economy had a virus but he caught it early and gave us an innoculation of sorts with this stimulus package.... I am so happy that Rat has an eye for trouble with the economy,,, just too bad he is about 3 years too late getting on the bus..
