I believe that. Lots of time in the seat, no exercise, lack of proper rest and greasy truck stop food.
    A combination made for obesity.
I have lived with the condition for years.

Running linehaul with a Redstar was my downfall.Every terminal you sat in there were the vending machines full of junk..I used to think Redstar had there hand in them so they could get back some of the delay time we use to rack up.. I got to the point between developing high blood pressure and a horrible weight gain I decided to do something about it and lost almost fifty lbs and have kept it off. .. I am since retired and no longer have high blood pressure.. we eat healthy now it it does make a world of a difference.

Crazy, you and many other drivers have nothing to worry about because companies will be introducing and applying the new......nah, never mind I am not going to go into it because will get everyone all p*****-off.

Well, lets just say that there are solutions already in place to help 'visualize' a better outcome for drivers.

Yes crazy, stay away from sugars, because sugar foods are known to help illuminate clarity in a thinking process. Good choice, with the eating organic foods.
