BALTIMORE —Four lanes on Interstate 95 in northeast Baltimore have reopened after crews removed a jackknife tractor-trailer.
on northbound I-95 just south of Eastern Avenue around noon on Monday.

The tractor-trailer started to jackknife, flipping the trailer on its side, SkyTeam 11 Capt. Roy Taylor reported. Crews and a tow truck worked to clear the scene.
