It's simple. The format I chose is a draft with I believe 11 starting players, 6 on a bench. Drafts go 1-10 then reverse order. Pretty much all of the fantasy sports outlets have draft results. Sporting News has a "Mock Draft" where you can practice drafting live. Then after you've drafted, the goal is to start the best players per week to accumulate points. I'm not sure if the league is head-to-head or ttl points? When we get 10 confirmed managers, TSN will close our league and will randomly your draft spot.

Found out some more info. The league is cumulative points. Then the playoffs start WK15? Here's the roster requirements, and ways to score points. In the league it's under "League Settings"

Trade Deadline: (info)

This is the date after which no trades will be allowed. Any trades that are in the pending (i.e. agreed upon by both parties) state on or before the end of this week (i.e. midnight following the Monday Night game) will still be processed according to your league rules. Any other (offered but not accepted) trades will be canceled, and no new trades can be offered. Commissioners typically set a trade deadline as a means to protect against collusion late in the season.

If the Commissioner has selected "No Deadline", trades can be processed for the entire season.

Waiver Options Help
Waivers by Draft Order or League Standings, once season starts: (info)

This affects the waiver priorities once the season begins only. Prior to the beginning of the season, regardless of what this is set to, waiver priorities will behave exactly the same way. They will be initialized as the inverse of the first round draft order (or the inverse of the average player rank for Import Leagues). As pre-season waiver claims are made managers are moved to the bottom of the waiver priority list each time they win a claim. Once the season starts, though, the chosen setting will kick in.

If set to Standings, the waiver priorities will be set as the inverse of the league standings as of the previous night's scoring. So, for instance, assume that after last night's scores you were in first place. When tonight's waiver claims are processed by the system, you will have the lowest waiver priority. If tomorrow you drop to second place, tomorrow night you will have the second-lowest priority, etc. The priorities are recalculated every night, even if the week's games haven't finished yet. So, for instance, the priorities on Monday morning will reflect the interim standings produced by Sunday night's games.

If set to Draft Order, the waiver priorities will be initially set to the reverse of the draft order. As each manager's claim is processed, the manager is moved to the back of the list. Waiver priority is determined by which manager hasnt won a claim in the longest period of time. The longer the manager goes without winning a claim, the higher he moves on the list.

Draft

This applies only to any players not drafted. Any players drafted but immediately dropped will be placed on waivers according to the value of Number of days players stay on waivers below.

If the Commish has choosen No Waivers, any players not drafted will immediately be a free agent (a.k.a first-come, first-serve) after the draft.

If the Commish has choosen Commish, any player not drafted will remain on waivers until the Commish processes another manager's claim for him. This is helpful for leagues that use waiver rules that our Fantasy game does not support.
