Local 804 has the right idea. Corporate America, in our case UPS, is seizing the moment, as members are becoming more uneducated about their rights, very indifferent, fractured, and scared to weaken our union and eventually the IBT in general. I fear the days of the Union will eventually decline, if all of us, as Teamsters, don't unite in some manner, ensure we have each others back in putting food on the table.
