I was also at the Union Meeting last Sunday... been down to the strike line in Portland quite a few times and need to stop by more often now to see you guys and get some more firewood down to you.. I see a few SCABS running around Wilsonville.. hauling out of Millstone.. Cardinal Health.. Tualatin I see them in Pacific Foods.. both these guys were Teamsters that crossed.. I had 3 trucks backed up behind me at Pacific Foods because I was next in line and I wouldnt back to the dock til OAK SCAB left ! I went to the door and could hear a conversation going on.. Oak Scab was complaining about the Union to the reciever at Pacific Foods.. I heard.. "my family comes first before the Teamsters & I need to keep a roof over my families head" I rang the buzzer and said "I cant deliver my freight until he gets out of here" I got a snear and he left finally.. GEEZ.. This strike has gone on too long.. and hope you ALL get back in there with NO picking and choosing who they want.. the Teamster Scabs need to be let go .... Met the dock shop steward at the Plaid Pantry the other night.. nice dedicated young man.. Take Care..

I have a few reseverations about this. Hobart's letter really dosn't say a thing other than "...employees are returning to work..." Negotiations Updates I would be interested what the fine print is. Reading the other post from Oak make me wonder how bad the sellout is. Guess I will call the Local tomorrow to see if I am on the black list and/or the suspended list. Franklly I would rather go to the TM's office and leave my sample on his desk...

I really do hope you guys get to stick with the Teamsters retirement, that is the reason most of us are even here for. I really hope the Teamsters don't give in on that one. Good luck.

Good luck guys and remember to watch your backs. The company is gonna be looking for any reason to get rid of people that caused trouble during the strike.
