Default Trying to remove the union

Some one out of the Auburn location has filed petitions to remove the union at all locations except Portland. Do guys still on lay off get to vote if it comes to that?

It would seem to me that they would. We haven't been terminated so in my weak eyesight we would still be employees.

Do you have any more details about this? How could they put in to decert in other locations except at their own barns? It would take someone from each location. You can't vote for me else anymore than I can vote for you.

go to oakhanswers you can see the petitions with nlrb numbers. They are also on the nlrb website. All the them were filed by 1 guy for every union location except Portland.

Who is this Brain Lundgren that filed the petition? Anyone know him, what position does he hold with Oak? I suppose that since his address is a mater of public record someone could pay him a visit. Of course seeing that he had to use the National Right to Work (sometimes called a very coarse file) to file for him shows that he was to dumb to file on his own with the NLRB. I am sure the company encouraged him to do this. Wonder how much they paid him.

Ray M was the 1st Auburn driver to cross line. He is way down seniority list so he will never be back as a driver. The Brian might be Yakima terminal manager. As we are all employees of OHFL I don't see a decert in the works, just more smoke and mirrors.

Is that the same Ray that was a wanna-be dispatcher? I do not understand how Brian could file for all the different terminals. Logic would tell me that in order to file for a certain barn you would have to be employed there. But then again it is the government I am talking about.

Brian Lundgren is out of the same law office as John Payne.

I knew I had seen that name some where recently. God save us from the lawyers. I wasn't aware that the company could file for a decert or do you think that they just have someone hiding behind their lawyers?
