    That would be leaving a sinking ship to go to one with three torpedo's 300 yards out headed toward it.

    News to me that Dead Oak would be hiring. I can't fathom that they have called back everyone yet and that many have quit. Maybe the rest of them died from too much toxic smoke at the burn barrel and too many hot dogs. According to their website no locations are taking applications. Maybe it is time to start checking Craigslist again for the Union-busting outfits looking for scabs.

    And the $80k is some recruiters dream.

    In this town I think you are pretty secure over at USF, I think NW Reddaway is probably one of the last tangible assets that YRCW posses. Unless you have a burning hate for yourself, spare yourself the pain of having to deal with Oak Harbor in in any capacity other than labor actions against them...

    There is no way that Oak Harbor is hiring. There are only about 35 drivers working as drivers. The rest are working on the dock. Maybe they are thinking about gearing up in case one of the other company's goes under.
