They cannot be serious, they think they should be given an arrangement that is comparable to recent negotiation concessions with YRC? But they are unwilling to state they have a inability to pay? The YRC concession were granted after a complete assessment of YRC's financial records if Oak Harbor is unwilling to submit to financial scrutiny by the union why should they expect any type of concession?

I say let them Piggyback on the YRC concession, let them have the work rules and see how they like it. When the 18 months is up or YRC violates the concession deal see how they like tripling their pension contributions, wage snap-back ect. remember that company stock in the the forum of warrants has been and will be issued to employees at YRC enguaged in concessions.

Better yet, I can think of another company out there that has not stated an inability to pay; ABF Freight Systems, I can see no reason why Oak harbor deserves anything less than
