Default First casualty today at Columbus, ohio(xco

    First casualty today
We had our first casualty of the GPS tracking today. He was tracked driving to Fredrickstown, Ohio from XCO. He was tracked on the way back. Its 54 miles from the terminal. Got popped for taking 23 minutes longer to get back. He was terminated today.

(what Conway drivers are not allow bathroom break? equipment check or just traffic jam. Or just might notice equipment faliure and try to correct it, before an injury or death might occur?)

Jimmy, when my husband was hauling fuel while laid off, it was amazing what the company was getting away with. I told my husband he should go to the DOT or labor department or something but he felt the company had gotten away with their tactics for so long, he felt no one would do anything to help him. I felt he should have tried though. But he is right, he probably would not have gotten any help. Again, we need UNIONS!!!

And then people wonder why there are those out there who then return to the workplace with guns and blow the brains out of those responsible for bs terminations like that.

    Article 26 Section 3.

    Computer Tracking Devices

Computer tracking devices, commonly known as “Black Boxes”,
mandated by regulations shall not be used for disciplinary purposes,
except in those incidents of violations of Federal Mandated
Regulations or when an employee has intentionally committed malicious
damage to the Employer’s equipment or when an employee has
unsafely operated the Employer’s commercial motor vehicles.

Just one of the many provisions and protections against harrasment we have in our contract. Check out sections 1 and 2 of article 26 also.

We all know how this would play out working under a union contract. I try to explain this to the non union guys and the just don't get it. They go into the defend the company and how that is what the man deserves. Funny how that is how they react until the shoe is on their foot.
I feel sorry for these people as they get older and not as fast as the up and coming know it all's.
