    Default Non union consideration

"Although it is true that only about 20 percent of American workers are in unions, that 20 percent sets the standards across the board in salaries, benefits and working conditions. If you are making a decent salary in a non-union company, you owe that to the unions. One thing that corporations do not do is give out money out of the goodness of their hearts."

This is so true but try to convince people that if it wasn't for the unions we all would be in poverty and the fat cats would be well just that fat cats. So many people that I have talked about this with seem to think that the companies are paying what they are due to wanting to treat the employees fair. If the unions ever go out see how fast the wages drop but people are blind to this fact.
