    It's true, I know a driver who got a point missing a day of work because he rushed to the hospital to see his mother who ended up passing away.... People first right? But hey, give us another chance so we can keep right on jacking your insurance costs up while decreasing your coverage, you don't need a third party representing you, we just spent millions on a 3rd party to convince your guys to vote no who lied, exagerated and fed them a line of shit (Joe Brock, Scott Michell is that you?) so comon guys join the team and get some of this purple promise right up your azz.... Hhhmmmm, no thanks I would rather have the Teamsters in my corner to keep this company honest and to do right by their own people, which they have constantly and consistently shown they will NOT do.

    It's true brother lifer, when I was there and when I left in 2011, they paid you sick leave and still gave you a point.
    Brother Rudy address this new law to his assistant terminal manager and his manager said that they would still give them points and it is what it is, FedEx policy!
    But Rudy and I and the rest of us see it clearly that it's a law, no retaliation for taking a sick day!
    That's why we put this on changefedextowin, to show that FedEx is breaking a law!
    "NO RESPECT AND DIGNITY FOR THE EMPLOYEES AT FEDEX"
    A CBA is needed at FedEx!
