    On February 12 at 12:32pm, we posted the article “The real reason the Safety Scorecard and Safety Infraction policies were implemented and why we must have a union.” This article explains how FedEx was going to push the older drivers out. Read the article below, this proves us older drivers were going to lose our jobs!! Bill Logue was pushing us out, while Michael Ducker was doing the same to the Express drivers. Do not trust FedEx and do not trust Ducker

    I wonder if the kool-aid drinkers even bother to read this article ?
    My brother-in-law retired from Fedex Express recently. He said a combination of the pension freeze and a buy out offer was enough to make him go after 25 years. He won't tell me what he gets ... and I won't push the issue, but I know it's not enough to live on. He now works 2 part time jobs.

    The drinkers seem to love the taste of the Kool-aide and kneel at the trough daily. There will be some that will get a cold taste of reality should anything happen to them. Those puckered lips have little value now as Freddy shows them the door. Ol' hop-a-long the dispatcher/driver will find out one day too.

    Here is a little something to help those at any FedEx barn that hang around the bosses office.

    Here's a question I can't figure out!
    Maybe somebody has an answer to this!
    Why the pilots of FedEx haven't backed the campaign?
    If the pilots would shut down now, it would make a huge differences, it would make an impact, this would be a great leverage for this campaign.
    FedEx can fired dock hands and drivers too and replace them right away, but pilots can't be fired easily because it's hard to replace them.
    Pilots only can be fired for violating safety regulations and being under the influence of a substance abuse.
    So if the pilots walk away from flying those planes, they wouldn't be fired right away, they'll be protected by their CBA for honoring another bargaining unit.
    So the question is why haven't the pilots step up to the plate?
    Does anyone have an answer to this?

    I think I'll make this into a first thread!
