Right you are brother Nuno. Remember how they diluted the drivers vote with new hires in Charlotte? Union busting 101.

If the leadership cannot figure out by now that having votes to gain members, by company, is the bggest scam going.........we need new leaders who do everything they can to get rid of it.....The membership should come from all people in the trade, not just 'organized companies, by sham vote system.......all people who wrk a trade should be able to join a union....not just because there was a majority vote in a company.
CF is the huge example of what the opposition can do.....just invest in a scab company and close the union company, and kill union numbers.
We should give the companies their 'right-to-work' laws...but it should be written that all workers should be protected of their right o belong to a union without discrimination.....and that means all people who want to belong should have a right to work union anywhere...even at fedex and receive some protection and benefits from it........not just right to work workers who want to work nonunion at a union company....too many members lost......It must be redone....the vote, by company must go...time for progress...any and all companies should have union members like they want any and all nonunion workers to have a right to work in union shops.......The vote is a sham...It is a box to limit freedom.....Get rid of the vote and allow workers to join and have protection and benefits without a vote....and pit the union busting bums out of work....let them work and earn their money for a living like we do.

Unfortunately they will get more tries to vote till they get it the way the company wants.

The Teamsters may have fended off this decertification, but if history is any guide, another may be coming soon.

“In both of FedEx’s other unionized workplaces, the decertification attempts succeeded on the second try, not the first,” Bloomberg Law analyst Robert Combs said. “Petitions filed at both locations in 2016 went nowhere. It was only when new petitions were filed in 2017 that drivers gained enough traction to reject representation. So the Teamsters union isn’t out of the woods yet.”

Federal labor law prohibits another decertification election from taking place at the facility for a year.

The Teamsters have faced 215 decertification petitions in the past five years, far more than any other union, according to Bloomberg Law data. And its win rate is 27 percent, the worst among the 10 most active unions.

The vote should be done away with...It's obviously been corrupted to favor the companies in 10 billion ways anymore.
