chicago management, all "f" ed up

i showed this memo to my manager and he just laughs and said we seen this from corporate long time ago.. miserable bas#ar*s. management always seems to come up with something new to harass us every few months, ive been doing this job the same way for just about 20 yrs im not going to change now because some 20 yr old IE guy thinks he knows how to do my job better..just keep the contract close by so point out there misinformation.
