I don't know. I must work for a different UPS then most of the folks with their horror stories.

This is by far the best company I've ever worked for.

Best equipment (for its age)

And the most highly edumacated sups that money has to offer.

We wear whatever pins we want, we have stickers, magnets, flags and goodbuddy ID lights on our trucks.

We can wear racing caps, or UPS Freight caps or any cap, any color as long as it has UPS on it.

We have the distingt pleasure of every building knowing that we are Providence drivers because we dress like clowns, or should I say we dress like no other.

I love my job............give me money.............lots of money.

I think it has alot to do with the sup's U have, I have had good sups up here but they dont last very long because they butt heads with the A##holes in upper management so they quite or get canned, the ones we have had lately are all Yes Men so its alot of nickel and dime bull crap we put up with.

I know if this was not a union company it would not be near the company it thinks it would be. also helps if the center you work at has a solid steward not a mindless ostrich like we have.
