what was the alleged infraction. whatever it was fight em tooth and nail, UPS has been know to fire employees hoping they will cave in especially drivers will over 20 + yrs, if they know they are going to get a long hard fight out of it they may drop termination. either way good luck, we for sure will be thinking about ya.
thanks bros. they are calling it proven dishonesty because they couldn't call it stealing company time, because I don't get bonus anymore. I will fight them for sure. I have a lot going against me i.e. 3 1/2 yrs left to retire, I am 47, and had an injury last year, but I am a fighter.

sounds like harassment plain and simple, we have had a couple terminations up here but in those instances is was a legitimate termination. one driver had 5 to 10 injuries and 3 or 4 accidents, last one was a roll away while he was in the back sorting, he didnt have it in gear or the emergency brake on, other one was case of several people calling in complaints about sexual harassment. I have never heard of someone being terminated for mistake in sheeting a package, but they are become more and more like the devil every day. I have 18 yrs in hope i can get 14 more.

good luck to ya.
