Default Judge strikes down Wisconsin law limiting union rights

A Wisconsin judge on Friday struck down the state law championed by Gov. Scott Walker that effectively ended collective bargaining rights for most public workers.
It was not clear if the ruling means the law is immediately suspended. The law took away nearly all collective bargaining rights from most workers and has been in effect for more than a year.

I wouldn't get to excited, this is just a county judge. Plus it's another judge that knows nothing of the Constitution.
Sounds to me, he's trying to his name in the press for his 15 min.
His ruling will be over turned.

Really it's bargaining against the people who never get to sit at the table. The Union sits at a table will a hungry politician who uses the peoples money to buy his personal power to remain in office. This is why it is not done on the Federal level.

Wouldn't it be the people that ELECTED the hungry politician to use their money.IMO the beef would be with the politician, not the union. The union represents the workers and it is their duty to get the best they can..
