Default The Cost of Illegal Immigration

    THE COST OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
    By Lynn Stuter

    May 20, 2008

    NewsWithViews.com

In her myriad of articles concerning the illegal alien criminal families of Reyes/Quiroz/Hernandez (hereafter known as the Reyes Gang), Lornet Turnbull of the Seattle Times has made various assertions concerning the illegal alien population in the United States. Two of those assertions are that illegal aliens are of greater benefit to the U.S. economy than detriment; and that the illegal alien population is roughly 12 million.

This is a very touchy subject with me. I believe illegals from Mexico are entitled to a better life but I believe they should do it legally. I do not believe they should enter this country illegally and be subjected to low paying jobs which is dampening our economy. They should become legal citizens and work to better themselves with an education and learn English to achieve higher paying jobs they can then achieve the American dream and many doors of opportunity will open for them. If America keeps sending jobs to Mexico and our countries industries all sell-out the almighty dollar for cheaper labor we will all be screwed in the end. We need secure our borders better and to reform NAFTA.

I have a solution and one that puts a few people back to work and should also make the capitalists in DC happy (privatization).. Put them all on a Greyhound for $79 bucks one way back to Laredo,El Paso,McCallen and Brownsville and charge $89 bucks if they have to go to Eagle Pass or Del Rio.
See it gets bus-drivers back to work and it will be outsourced like a good capitalist would
advocate.. Who says you can't have the best of both worlds ???
