    Americaís largest companies are on pace to post two consecutive quarters of double-digit profit growth for the first time since 2011Ö.Earnings at S&P 500 companies are expected to rise 11% in the second quarter, according to data from Thomson Reuters, following a 15% increase in the first quarter.

    That sounds great! So does that mean worker pay has also posted strong growth? Letís take a look:

    Should pay fall on lack of profit?

    Pay is based on market. More workers mean less money.

    Dry up cheap labor, immigration.

    No, why would it. You have to compete and pay for leadership.
    Just because you lowered that pay it would mean nothing to the worker anyway.

    Reward failure? Your scenario was all about falling profits. So, let me see If I understood correctly. The workers should see lower wages and the executives should go ahead and keep their bloated salaries when their blunders drive profits down. Damn Strappy, you're an executive in the making. Or you're sharing this account with one.
