Rudy failed in PA today. Corrupt Obama appointed judge who should be thrown off the bench imo. Scolded Rudy like he works for MSNBC or the Democratic party rather than pur courts...worries about disenfranchising voters.....Democrat voters of course....what about the 73 million Trump voters? Disenfranchised due to corruption.
Another judge would have saw it differently than this progressive commie best buddy of Obama fake judge. He needs to go.

300 sworn affadavitz are not enough? Really? Something is wrong with the picture...if a judge can decide this....then the state full of Trump voters don't need anymore evidence to throw this bum out of our courts....legally of course.

Giuliani called Philadelphia "a place that is well known for cheating," and claimed he had gathered "300 affidavits, declarations or our own statements " that showed there were enough improper votes to "overturn the results of the election."

I've never been a Levin fan but I know he is a knowledgeable guy on law. Didn't see it yet but he immediately released this after Obama's boy dismissed the case.

I believe they knew they would lose this in PA and now they will appeal and take it to the Supreme Court..

Get your popcorn ready.. It's gonna be an interesting few weeks coming..

              https://www.newsmax.com/newsmax-tv/s.../21/id/998181/

Levying explosive claims of widespread voter fraud specifically tied to Dominion Voting Systems and potentially a pay-for-play scheme with GOP Gov. Brian Kemp, Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell on Newsmax TV vowed to deliver a "biblical" voter fraud case this week.

"We've got tons of evidence; it's so much, it's hard to pull it all together," Powell told Saturday night's "The Count" co-hosted by Rob Schmitt and Mark Halperin, teasing the explosive allegation of the Georgia governor in a contested and key battleground state.

"Hopefully this week we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical."

"It's a massive project to pull this fraud claim together with the evidence that I want to put in," she added.

"You name the manner of fraud and it occurred in Georgia."

Among the most explosive claims alluded to by Powell were:

Joe Biden votes being "weighted" at 1.25 times and President Donald Trump votes being parsed at 3/4.
Algorithms that gave Democrats 35,000 extra votes.
Modifications made to voting machines after statuatory cutoff dates for changes.
Past election victories, including Hillary Clinton's primary victory over Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., being forced decided by Dominion Voting Systems.
Alleged pay-for-play kick backs to public officials, potentially even Georgia GOP Gov. Kemp for a late grant to use Dominion Voting Systems.
"George is probably going to be the first state I'm gonna blow up," Powell said rhetorically with her pending lawsuits alleging massive voter fraud.

Trump Lawyers: Pennsylvania Lawsuit Dismissal Moves Us Closer to Supreme Court

                  https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...supreme-court/

President Donald Trump’s campaign lawyers said Saturday they would file an appeal to the Third Circuit court after a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit to challenge the results of the election in Pennsylvania.

Trump 2020 attorneys former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis said in a statement:

Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock.

The lawsuit argued that the legal guarantee of “equal protection under the law” was violated after counties where voters were primarily Democrats took different approaches than counties where voters were primarily Republicans to help voters with problems with their mail-in ballots.

U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew Brann dismissed the suit on Saturday “with prejudice,” issuing a stinging rebuke to the campaign for trying to “disenfranchise almost seven million voters.” He wrote:

One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened.

Ellis and Giuliani argued that their evidence showed that 682,777 ballots in Pennsylvania were cast illegally, after poll workers denied the Republican party’s right to independent review, and said they wished to present their evidence in court.

Sidney Powell filed her case last night in Georgia to stop the certification Its a long read and now you will see why it took this long 104 pages laid out in detail.. I don't know if Trump turns around all these states but I think he is trying to deny Biden from getting to 270.. In that case it would go to the house of representatives and Trump would win..

Nevada Judge Will Let Trump Campaign Present Evidence of Election Fraud

                          https://www.lifenews.com/2020/11/25/...lection-fraud/

In a legal victory for the Trump campaign, a Nevada judge has agreed to let President Donald Trump’s campaign present its evidence of fraud and illegalities in the state, which Trump officials say is enough to reverse Joe Biden’s “win” and set an example for other state challenges.
                          As the Washington Examiner reports:

According to Trump officials, the judge set a Dec. 3 hearing date and is allowing 15 depositions. What’s more, the campaign plans to present its evidence that could result in the rejection of tens of thousands of mail-in ballots in Democratic Clark County where Biden ballots outnumbered Trump ballots by 91,000 in unofficial results.

“BIG news in Nevada: a Judge has allowed NV Republicans to present findings of widespread voter fraud in a Dec. 3rd hearing. Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened—a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots. Stay tuned,” White House chief of staff Mark Meadows tweeted.

American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp, one of those heading the Nevada case, told Secrets, “It gives us a real chance, if to do nothing else, to begin to show this historic level of fraud.”

And in Pennsylvania the case is going to court and it seems because of this the far left leaning social media company called "Twitter" suspended the account of the PA senator who called for the meeting with NO reason.. Heads are exploding as their complicity in the 2020 Presidential election is about to be outed..
