Today there are only 9 Turbine cars left. The other 46 cars, of a run of 55 test units, were all scrapped.

Not meant to hijack here but Jay Leno is a car guys car guy. I'm not sure if he has a show about his collection or not. I have seen his shop and cars on Dennis Gauge's show "My Classic Car." Leno owns cars many people didn't know exist. Worth the watch for sure.

There is a great show, lots of cars and celebrities ( if your into that ) featured on Jay Leno's Garage. It plays sometimes on cable TV, I can get it on Comcast on-demand.
Here is a link to youtube and his channel there. Enough car related content for any motorhead.

Traveled 100 miles into central New Jersey for an "All Mopar" car show. Can you say a group of dedicated fanatics ?
The middle area on the west side of jersey has a lot of beautiful rollings hills dotted with farms.
I used my old New Penn truck route, north on rt. 31 to get most of the way there. This little town called Califon had a population under 2000 people.
The green Superbird won it's class. It was a trailer queen.

While this story isn't about street cars and collectibles, it is about Leah Pruett's recent crash in her Top Fuel Mopar dragster.
A wild ride is an understatement.

Leah Pruett walks away after Top Fuel crash at Midwest Nationals
During the second round of eliminations at the MoparExpress Lane NHRA Midwest Nationals presented by Pennzoil in Madison, Ill., Top Fuel driver Leah Pruett’s 2020 dragster broke off and became airborne before coming to a rest. Pruett exited the car under her own power.
