    Default The Most Overhyped Events In Sports History

    The most over-hyped events in sports history

    Big hyped up fight tonight....Mayweather vs McGregor...........Boxing champ vs UFC MMA fighter in a boxing match..........the odds are probably 100-1 on Mayweather..........it would be nice to see an upset....but I highly doubt anything like that will come close to happening.

    For this one fight....Mayweather walks with $100 million and McGregor walks with $30 million.....big money for one night.

    Round 7 Mayweather 10-9. The guy covering it says Floyd is starting to beat McGregor good now.
    He gives round 8 to McGregor. 10-9. Close round he says.
    Round 9 to Mayweather who seems to be just about knocking McGregor out...ends round commenting that Conor made it to the bell on his feet.

    @BCampbellCBS
    All respect to Conor McGregor. He was never reckless. He fought like a champion in his pro debut. #MayMac

    And MacGregor is going back to the UFC.

    10 rounds with a guy that's 50-0 is not to shabby...and he won a bunch of the first rounds also.

    The reason he is retiring is that he doesn't want to come back and have to fight this guy again..
