Does Fanny Mae and Freddy sound familiar.....a gov't imposed system to make it appear that large amounts of people could actually afford homes that they could not afford to begin with.....How about every retail store giving credit cards to every part-timer under the sun, just to appear that something was being actually sold......Sold but not paid, ever, is my guess...Searscard sound familiar...last I heard their ready to go down from the fake system of credit whifch has replaced actuall tangilble manufacturing...Paperwork BS..

I remember many years ago, long before direct deposit, I was at the bank cashing my check from old yellar....I barely knew the young man behind the counter. Nice guy, college graduate and all. He took one look at the check and asked me what I did for a living? I told him I drove a truck for a Union outfit. He did the math in his head and came back with "I went to college and you make 20 grand a year more than me?" It pissed him off that I made the money I did. He never treated me the same when I came in after that.

Just like Slaven said. I believe it is that generation who really started the decline of our industrial strength. I believe it has always been a burr in their side (Those with a higher education) that we (Organized labor) bring home the money we do. These upity pukes think that we are lesser citizens because we get our hands dirty. I got news for them. One of these days in the very near future the workers of this country are going to send a message. Then they will realize just how valuable and important we all are.
Labor doesn't even have to give the total wake-up call. The perpetrators of their own crimes and belief systems will....There's been rumored to have been days that college grads found better money driving trucks and working docks....If the economy stays down one positive from it would be that they actually can't find a job in their own fake professions and end up having to get their hands dirty...Experience changes views sometimes in a more lasting and real way.

222lifer and slavenomore to you both.

Soon the perverse plan that the rich in the world have cooked up will be known by all. One problem as I see it is too many choose to ignore what they see and hear.

I agree. I had many a debate with a college educated worshiper of the right wing schnit spewers going for quite some time on another site. As time progressed we found out what this guy was all about. He had a degree in poitical science and drove for a non union outfit. He was a 90 day wonder from his companies own school and completely full of himself. He eventually was banned from that site. He had a major hardon for YRC...and Unions companies in general. He had his arse punted about relentlessly for days by the pro union posters...2631 would know who I am talking about. Long story short this guys defense went out the window when we learned of his "chosen" profession from education. Just like so many of these truth spewers in the media...We find out where their bread is buttered and why. Unions had everything to do with it yet they continue to piss on us. Go figure.
