Hall is a Teamsters International vice president at-large who heads the union's Package Division, which includes more than 250,000 United Parcel Service workers. He was lead negotiator for the last three national UPS contracts, signed in 1997, 2002 and 2007.

Hall "is acutely aware of the challenges working people face," Hoffa said, "and will join me as an advocate not only at the bargaining table, but in the halls of Congress and as we take the fight for economic justice directly to Wall Street."
