Default Hoffa, Once and For All..

How can you clean up the union when your own hands are DIRTY??? Hoffa (Jr) should NEVER have been elected, and the government can be implicated here too.

"Kate Bronfenbrenner, Director of Labor Education Research at Cornell University, told the Wall Street Journal: "Hoffa hired Leebove to do his dirty work, to dig up dirt and to intimidate and manipulate people."
It is not a charge Leebove denies. "Two or three of us brought down the sitting president of the Teamsters," he confirmed for the Journal.

Back to Richard Leebove and George Geller. It is unclear whether they played army with Mitch WerBell. But it is clear Leebove brought down Ron Carey at the direction of James Hoffa Jr.

It goes on: "For the past two decades, Leebove and Geller have consistently advocated the cause of corrupt and mob-linked Teamsters. They have deployed LaRouchite dirty tricks on behalf of corrupt Teamsters officials (depicting others) as supposed pawns of sinister international conspiracies involving, among others, the British royal family, the Kennedys and the Rockefellers."

I LOVE the Teamsters Union; What I DON'T LOVE is some ONE PERCENTER pretending to REPRESENT the 99%. Hang your head in shame, Hogfa. Some of us have known all along. After what you did to Ron Carey, then Johnny Morris, and so on.. it all made sense- Like putting together a jigsaw puzzle.

If 'Daddy' did them favors, then it's not an unreasonable step to assume they also 'Made' the son.. Psst.. It happenned in the "Bushes"; think it couldn't have here?? Think again.

Hogfa and Barr- College buddies! At the same time Bally's receiving and storeroom had been 3 years certified with no contract in sight (surface bargaining). Local 331, under the leadership of Joe Yeoman, Johnny Morris' right-hand man, was forced to abandon ULP charges against Bally's AC (which has since been organized by UNITE HERE) in order to secure the contract at Caesars. "Wrong" doesn't even begin to describe this.

"(Washington, D.C.) – The International Brotherhood of Teamsters today ended the nearly one-month long union-wide boycott of all Park Place Entertainment (NYSE:PPE) properties nationwide. The termination of the boycott is the result of a meeting between Teamsters General President Jim Hoffa and Park Place Chief Operating Officer Wallace R. Barr and the recent resolution of all outstanding disputes between Park Place Entertainment and Teamsters Local Union 331 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The meeting between Hoffa and Barr produced mutual expressions of cooperation and established the foundation for a working relationship that should benefit Teamster members and the company."

Teamsters End Boycott of All Park Place Entertainment Properties | International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT)

"In exchange, Teamsters Local 331 agreed to withdraw all pending unfair labor-practice charges filed with the National Labor Relations Board against Caesars, Bally's Park Place Casino Hotel, and the Atlantic City Hilton."

You tell me.. Is something other than Congress rotten in DC? Keegel alluded to some things during that period that should make you wonder.

"His sister, Missouri Judge Barbara Crancer, administered the oath of office."

    Sound appropriate to you??

And, excuse me? The Republican Party? As if you don't already know what they're about... They helped you fix the election, helped you set up Carey.. You knew exactly what you were doing. Helping THEM have all their people in PLACE. AND YOU ARE ONE OF THEM!! And then, you're going to end government oversight too. What ever happenned to that?

'James P. Hoffa: The President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters General, one of the largest U.S. labor unions, resigned from Bush's President's Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiations (ACTPN). In his letter of resignation, Hoffa stated that Bush had:

"pledged to bring a new level of respect and bipartisan comity to the nation's capital. I took him at his word and endeavored to forge a mutually respectful, productive relationship with both the President and his administration. However, in recent months I have become increasingly uncomfortable with that association. The administration has clearly decided to wage a full-fledged attack on workers' rights, social justice and economic common sense."

    Resigned, June 24, 2004.

Tell me again why the Teamsters are out of the AFL-CIO since 2005? To organize low-paid workers who don't know any better (votes for you)? Or is it really because the AFL-CIO wouldn't have any of that Illuminati NWO bull:P:P:P:P... I'm sure either answer works for you, Hogfart.

The John Morris way- Fearless Brutal Honesty and Balls to the Wall! See what happens when you arbitrarily and DELIBERATELY decide to leave an entire integral part of your own history OUT of your Centennial celebration BOOKLET?-- ALL OVER POLITICS??

    General President James P. Hoffa

    25 Louisiana Avenue, N.W

    Washington, D.C. 20001

    July 27, 2011

    Mr. Hoffa:

I am writing you today to express my total dissatisfaction and utter disappointment with you, your administration, your tenure, and your campaign. You are most likely too busy, too high and mighty, and too good to even dignify this letter with a response- so go ahead and don’t respond. Your lack of direct involvement with the membership comes not by surprise and hasn’t been missed before.

To many it seems that you are out to destroy the Teamsters Union from within; a union that your father built up strong, and one that ultimately consumed him. You have dwindled this union, its influence and power, its resources. You are responsible for bringing about the demise of John P. Morris, Joe Yeoman, countless other proud, strong, honest labor leaders, and the union itself. Therefore, I will see your demise and help play a role in it. Shame on you, sir, for dragging your father’s proud name through the mud like this.

I will surpass you, leading the labor movement from outside the Teamsters Union with full access to the membership of the Teamsters and others because, unlike yourself, I have no wealthy friends to protect or enrich at the expense of the membership and I do not possess a law degree, or any other for that matter.

There is not enough time to wait until I am seasoned enough, old enough, and with enough credentials to undo what you have done. I cannot become a seasoned leader under the puppets you have showered us with. As much as I want to do it myself, the country and the world is too close, the working people’s plight too serious, that we are nearing destruction. We are in for very dark days ahead, much like the feudal societies of Medieval Europe. Sandy Pope has the vision, integrity, leadership, fire and determination to LEAD NOW that you have lacked… not just for Teamsters, but for everyone who works for a living.

Who is bank-rolling this destruction you’ve unleashed upon us? Certainly, it is not the 1.4 million proud, strong members of the Teamsters making you fat- if it were you’d be doing the job of representing them and leading the union. Instead, you follow the advice of highly-compensated non-member consultants. You’re working for the wealthy commerce-controlling corporatists, aren’t you Mr. Hoffa? I DEMAND THEIR NAMES!

I’ve met people who claim to be distant relatives of yours who have said that you are unqualified and no good to run the union. Change to Win? Any thinking Teamster knows what has changed, but what has been won? Better still, what was that all about? Oh, organizing low-paid, part-time workers while ignoring core Teamsters, to secure votes. Core Teamsters are still wearing big boy pants, our backsides are sore, and WE’RE tired of getting “ORGAN-ized” by you! I cannot fathom where your supporters think you are going to lead them. I’ll not be an active, dues paying member while you are in that seat. I WANT YOU OUT. You’re a disgrace to the Office of General President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. You should just resign and back out of the election now.

    Fraternally yours,

    Kevin M. Boston

You probably never heard some of my favorite quotes from John.. I haven't heard many of them first-hand either, but they were obviously memorable enough for those who were constantly around them to repeat them to me: "I've got a degree too. I've got a degree in F** k-ology and I'm gonna stick it RIGHT UP YOUR A $ $! Tell that employer they'd better stop rolling nickels around like manhole covers or they'll deal with us! Get 'em on the phone!"

"Mr. Hoffa dodged the one debate that was scheduled between the two sides. Mr. Leedham’s side was quick to claim that Mr. Hoffa, president of the Teamsters since 1999, had “chickened out” when he designated the union’s secretary-treasurer, Tom Keegel, to stand in for him at the debate.

To explain Mr. Hoffa’s decision to skip the debate, Richard Leebove, his campaign manager, said: “We feel that Leedham’s campaign is based on pure negativity. He criticizes everything that’s going on in the Teamsters under the leadership of Hoffa. Jim Hoffa feels from a campaign standpoint that his time would be better spent talking to the members than to subjecting the union to the ongoing attacks by Leedham, which antiunion companies end up using against our members during organizing drives.”
