Hypocricy rears it's head again. You work a Union job where the government told a business that they will recognize a Union. They will bargain in good faith. All of this brought about by our legistative process. The same process used to create the Paycheck Fairness Act.

No, the government says ABF has to honor the contract. Government is allowed to enforce contracts. There is a difference. And you failed again.

Government is also allowed to pass bills into law through the legislative process. Isn't that the freedom you claimed to have lost? Hypocricy is glaring you straight in the face. Spin again?

No sir, no lies, you posted it. It is right here in black and grey.

You posted that as a rebute to the Paycheck Fairness Act.

To my knowledge the bill was submitted and went through the proper legislative procedures. What is the problem with it?

Do you feel it is unconstitutional to have equality in pay for the same work regardless of a workers sex?

Maybe we should dig a little deeper and ask if you also feel the Wagner Act was unconstitutional?

Ya, read what I wrote. Just because government can pass laws and such, doesn't mean it's any of their business.

In my post you just quoted from me, I never said government shouldn't pass laws now did I? I said, is it any of their business?

It's not the Constitutions job to decide what is fair. It's only to define our rights and protect our rights from government.

It's the free markets job to dictate pay and equality of pay. Even states can dictate fairness in pay I guess. But it's not the federal governments job. What's to stop the Feds from creating a national wage of $20 an hour out if fairness? Where does it end?

The Constitutions job is to protect us only from Government? Really?

Is it the free markets job? Laws have been passed to dictate fairness in pay. Constitutional laws. Where does it end? When all the unions are busted and we owe are souls to the company once again. It may come full circle before I leave this world.

I know what I says. And as usual. You put your silly spin on it. Please point out where I said government isn't allowed to pass laws.
I asked where it's their business on this stupid issue? You can't tell difference?

Yes the Constitution protects us from the government. That's Constitution 101. It prohibits the government from violating our god given rights.

Uh oh! You're making a reference to us being slaves! HEY MR FEDEX!!!! SEE!!!!

Actually, Nuno was not off the hook nor was anyone else. You needed no help in making yourself look like an ass but if you wish to give me partial credit I will gladly accept.

You didn't say government isn't allowed to pass laws. I questioned why you would have a problem with government passing important labor laws that include equality of pay.

The Constitution protects us only from government? I better read it again because I clearly missed something.

You helped him out. Your bias is unbelievable at times. I can't believe you're a Super Mod. You have no clue what you are doing.

You miss a lot of things about the Constitution. Hell, you don't even understand the 1st Amendment. Nice spin on what I said.

I said The Constitution keeps the government from violating our God given rights. Now where am I wrong in that statement?
