    Default Dui

so, this stupid guy with a CDL gets popped for DUI.. Masterfreight Contract states he must go to the bottom of the board above the Casuals? Isnt losing his CDL for a year bad enough? He will be starving come winter for sure?

I don't know how things are done in your supplement. But if a CDL is a requirement of his job or bid then how can he expect to maintain his seniority if he is not qualified?

Even those casuals with a CDL may work before him. All he can do is dock work and maybe jockey, if you guys aren't required to have a CDL to jockey. So he really only has seniority over casual dock workers. Another good example of why not to drink and drive!
