The Minnesota Orchestra board of directors and musicians ratified a new collective bargaining agreement yesterday following a 15-month lockout which cost the orchestra not only its entire 2012-13 season, but also its music director Osmo Vänskä. The contract will come into effect on 1 February 2014, with musicians expected to return to the stage of Orchestra Hall (pictured) shortly afterwards.
