Those workers are idiots! It's so hard to even get to the point of a vote these days without getting threatened or fired and the company was offering no resistance. Just a big mouth POS Senator spewing lies!

In my opinion Senator Bob Corker is a Fascist Pig being nice here he really is Nazi IMO, Hitler did a great job of suppressing unions, why do you think business men like Henry Ford admired him so much.

People today think vacations, sick time etc. have been giving to them by the goodness of the company, they don't realize the fight labor had to get us all what we have today and it's all going down the drain, pretty soon we will be working 15 hour days (straight time) again at minimum wage and thats if we still have a minimum wage in the future?
crazy and UNION 282 like this.

Actually it was Hitler who admired Ford,...Which is terrifying,...

Henry Ford - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In Germany, Ford's anti-Semitic articles from The Dearborn Independent were issued in four volumes, cumulatively titled The International Jew, the World's Foremost Problem published by Theodor Fritsch, founder of several anti-Semitic parties and a member of the Reichstag. In a letter written in 1924, Heinrich Himmler described Ford as "one of our most valuable, important, and witty fighters."[59] Ford is the only American mentioned in Mein Kampf.[60][61] Adolf Hitler wrote, "only a single great man, Ford, [who], to [the Jews'] fury, still maintains full independence...[from] the controlling masters of the producers in a nation of one hundred and twenty millions." Speaking in 1931 to a Detroit News reporter, Hitler said he regarded Ford as his "inspiration," explaining his reason for keeping Ford's life-size portrait next to his desk.[62] Steven Watts wrote that Hitler "revered" Ford, proclaiming that "I shall do my best to put his theories into practice in Germany," and modeling the Volkswagen, the people's car, on the Model T.[63]

From your link. Traitorous GOP politicians. Please don't use our flag GOP...use Germany's or a UN flag:

A Democratic aide said that Obama, speaking during a closed meeting with U.S. House of Representatives Democrats, said everyone is in favor of the United Auto Workers representing Volkswagen workers except for local politicians who "are more concerned about German shareholders than American workers."

Yeah, kind of like the same scenario at YRC, amazing isn't it?

However one battle is lost, but that does not mean the war is over. There are over 600 people who wanted UAW representation, so give it some time, maybe the ones who voted it down will change their minds later. Plus, there was too much press and politics getting involved, which added more pressure on the workers for decision making. Word to mouth is the best way to overturn the results, because it is handled peacefully, without all the extra attention from the press, politics, and other corporate interference.

I think there was equal admiration for each other, i believe Ford and the CEO of IBM were both given awards by Hitler, Ford gave his back under pressure from the public the other guy didn't. I just give Ford as a example there are many more wealthy business men who admired Hitler.

As for who funded Hitler how about Prescott Bush? Union Banking or something like that.

Today is a sad day for labor, but the fight isn't over, some say the Democrats are Socialist and the Republicans are Fascist, one thing for sure, you will never find a fascist (Corporatism) handing out union cards in front of a factory, but you will find a Socialist doing it. So who do you think is for the people?

And isn't funny that a Senator or Representative can go into the Senate or the House a average man of wealth, but after say 12 years leave a millionaire, something is wrong here!!

"UAW President Bob King sharply criticized Tennessee politicians who he said scared workers away from voting in favor of union representation. Going into the election, the UAW thought it had support from a majority of the more than 1,500 workers who had an opportunity to vote."

UAW may challenge Volkswagen vote results

Lost me on this one, Spaghetti, don't know what Scherf means?

But here's something on Prescott Bush and his dealing with the Nazi:

    Bush Family Funded Adolf Hitler
