Default U.A.W. Asks N.L.R.B. To Order New Election

The United Automobile Workers asked the National Labor Relations Board on Friday to order a new unionization election at the Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga, Tenn., asserting that the union’s loss last week was because of improper interference by the state’s lawmakers.

The complaint filed with the labor board asserts that statements made by Senator Bob Corker and some state lawmakers amounted to “threats” that swayed the VW workers to vote against the U.A.W. In a stinging defeat for the union, workers at the Chattanooga plant voted 712 to 626 against joining the U.A.W., even though the company did not oppose the unionization effort.

Hopefully the case would shed light on the corruption involved with these politicians looking out for their own and their parties bank accounts brining change to stop it and weaken their stance and influence in the country. They are traitors to the people IMO and would love extreme charges of treason or something similar to be pressed.
It involves the defense of our nation when it gives more power to foreigners than to our own..In days where America came first it should have involved CIA FBI military or whatever.....now almighty dollar comes before people or country....treasonous traitor politicians and businessmen.

Maybe its time to vote to get it right our way now. They got their money and paid the payment and have lower interest. Maybe time to pressure Hoffa to go back and say it didn't go the right way. Time for a new MOU for our side. They can't say the banks demand it. They already got their deal and the MOU ain't a condition for immediate repayment.
And they'd look like crappy businessmen to close with cash in hand. Two can play the game.
