Default Unions brace for pro-business shift in labor policy under Trump

Do you get it? Do you see what will happen by electing a republican, one that will not even work with unions and workers at his own company? What were you thinking....
Unions in the United States face sweeping changes to labor law and regulations under a new Republican administration that is expected to tilt policy toward employers.

Republicans will take control of the presidency and both chambers of Congress in Tuesday’s elections, after unions failed to deliver key industrial states to Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

Clinton's loss could have wide-ranging consequences for unions. Donald Trump and a Republican-led Senate will likely pick the next justice for the Supreme Court, which often hears labor-related cases.

”I think it’s going to be a very difficult period,” said Lee Saunders, president of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, who said he was surprised by the election outcome despite knocking on doors and talking to members in several states.

I thought about the alternative!!! I thought about the way the country was going under the ultra liberal Obama policies that Clinton would have followed...I thought about my granddaughters having to worry about some wacko wanting to use the same bathroom as they do because the wacko woke up in the morning and decided that he felt feminine for the day.. I thought about the future of this once great country.. I thought about the way we are looked at on the world stage..I look around today and see all the violence as these protesters take to the street and reinforce my voting for Trump..I do not agree with the fact on what is going on in Las Vegas at his casino.. But when making a decision one has to look at all of the reasons.. I am a deplorable that voted TRUMP..

Would you trust Trump to be around your daughters, behind closed doors ?
Protests, riots and violence have occurred for decades. That will never change, unless you want to squash the freedom to speak.
Trump business dealings are a reflection on his temperament. If he wanted fairness for the working class, why would he make every effort to find the cheapest labor, make his products in China and avoid unions at every turn ?

No!!! You cannot steal my idenity now.. You have to find your own.. As far as who you voted for is your business,if you voted for Clinton or anyone else.. Trump won the majority of the electoral votes and now the president elect of everyone.. I don't remember independents and republicans looking for safe spaces in the last election.. In my lifetime I have never witnessed anything like this..

The original thought was and still stands. We will see a sweep in current labor laws. No doubt in my mind. FedEx? Conway? You organizers had better get your butts busy. Time is of the essence while we still have a somewhat Union friendly court.

My thought yesterday as I posted about Philly XPO workers choosing teamsters to represent them. The time is now and they better move fast!

Your kidding, right ? Ever since 2008, Obama has been the scorn of the radical right and many main stream republicans. The off color jokes, the reference to religion and nationality. The President that got the blame for everything, yet has done nothing ( according to many ), so which is it, did he do anything, or nothing ?
BTW ... remember when Rush Limbuger threatened to leave the US if the ACA was enacted. No, not the same, but I wish he would leave. Except he probably couldn't get his daily supply of meds if he left.
