Default Forever bags

I asked that the negotiating committee put a 40 lb limit on them in the last contract. I have to put them over my head for the small sort. It makes sense that belt is over my head if I'm dealing with smalls but...

110 lb forever bags ain't right. I had kicked and clawed my facility into getting the weights down.... until I went to the other side and it's back to the same ole...

Anybody else have this problem? Is my hub one of the few with such a dangerous situation?
