some of it is going on at our center to so some of this must be coming down from corporate...

The part about the driver 'scamming' the Co for his meal breaks and the need to videotape him and 'go the distance' so the others will fall in line makes working there sound especially appealing......

"get our money back". What kind of BS is that? I now have a new respect for my brothers in brown that have to work for these miserly cretins.

I work in the Portland, Or. district and it has become a nightmare. An hourly actually found a memo from our district manager saying to ride the hell out of the over allowed and get rid of the slackers. Our allowance is a complete joke and telematics makes us even slower and we are expected to be faster. Management usually does the wrong thing and I think it is easy for them...forget the right thing being the hardest!

Our allowance sucks and telematics slows us down. Funny thing is, we are expected to be faster. Management usually does the wrong thing and it is easy for them. The right thing being the hardest thing maybe true for them, because they just can't seem to do the right thing.
