Unfortunately, when one achieves there level of responsibility, some diplomacy must come into play.

In my opinion, they both have too big a smile, for the screwing that they are doing to the hard working teamsters that make both of their lifestyles possible.

Seems to me, all this hand shaking and back scratching, is partly responsible for the concessions in the recent contracts this year.

Clearly the line has been blurred...

Clearly something is wrong with this picture. Both Zollars and Hoffa need to be replaced for the good of 40,000 employees. The enemy sleeping with the enemy?

yeah, I know what you mean. I realize the diplomacy, but I just don't like the smiles in that picture? Something just doesn't feel good about it.

Bill Zollars learned how to be photogenic back when he use to work for Eastman Kodak Co. I wished that he was still there with his money hungry self. Maybe this company wouldn't be in the shape that its in.

And it's wrong that he is standing in front of the IBT FLAG. Shouldn't Hoffa be standing there?

One has to take into context the timeing of this picture. It says in Wash. DC to discuss early negotiations. This leads me to believe this picture was taken in Nov. or Dec. of 07. Well before our substandfard contract. And well before the major downturn in the economy. Both probably figured they were doing the "right thing" at the time. And both had no idea how bad the economy would get, even though Dollar Bill had on occassion, prior to this photo say, that our economy was already in a depression. I don't really care about his "bad" business decisions (which if the economy was good, could have possibly made him a superstar), how come no one believed him when he said that then? He had a clue then, unfortunately for YRC, all the other wheels had been put into motion.
