Default Analyst raises estimates on YRC

A JPMorgan analyst sharply raised earnings estimates on YRC Worldwide Inc. on Friday, saying the approval of a 10 percent pay cut and other contract modifications for union workers gives the trucking company a sizable leg up over competitors.

    Something comes to mind here.............
I sit at the negotiating table listening to Reddaway say repeatedly, "we have to have part time employees to compete with the other scabby companies." Maybe they didn't say "scabby companies", but I equate this to YRC saying they need this wage concession to compete.

Now an analyst from a prominent name like JP Morgan says something like this..........
"the approval of a 10 percent pay cut and other contract modifications for union workers gives the trucking company a sizable leg up over competitors," sizeable leg up
I can't help but think that with the severance terms of 6 top executives changed, the execs are going to bail with concession savings.
Remember that the agreement is between Zollars and "the company."
Am I wrong when I say "the company" is the rest of the suits sitting at the table that he is going to play golf with, as soon as they get done legally filing some forms with the SEC, so that they can bail and steal your raise? People they are prepping for an exit, and they're going to be safe and secure all the way; them and their rich entitled families.

From the history I've studied, it sounds like we've come full circle back to the 1930's when corporate America trampled all over the workers that got them to the level that they're at.
Since we're going in circles, I ask; Where's out next Hoffa Sr.?
