Default Is YRC losing in every market??

In Seattle, we went from about 220 (Yellow & Roadway) to 88 at the last bid. These are all city drivers, are the numbers as bad everywhere else?

I had heard that some terminals had actually added drivers. What I was asking was if all of the other terminals had lost over 50% of the drivers. I wasn't asking anything about the auto industry. I don't give a sh*t about the auto industry. I don't have a new car and I can't afford a new car. If you don't have any relative information to add to the thread why don't you move on instead of being a smart ***!

You didn't mention other terminals adding guys in your original post. The only thing you said was your terminal was sooo bad. Why dont you stop posting all the negative bull sh** about YRC. All the other carriers are slow too. They're laying guys off too. The only difference is their guys aren't running to this message board and sinking their own ship! we're losing customers not only because of what our competition is saying about us, but also because of what our own men are saying. We're our competitors dream come true! I'm sorry if you lost your job, but bad mouthing YRC will only assure you will never get your job back. Everybody stop the negativity. If we don't believe in ourselves how are the customers going to believe in us?

boy are you touchy....... and i am not sorry if you took it wrong. the answer to your heading is yes yrc is losing in every market and so are all the other terminals and carriers. just take a little time to do research
as far as your other post i hope you stood up to that customer and told him that yrc is a great carrier and that you hope he tries yrc again. unless you have no want or desire to return to work at yrc.

Just asking a question and passing along the truth. If you perceive it as negative bullsh*t I really don't care. I wasn't talking about all of the other carriers. I don't care about all of the other carriers. YRC has a customer service problem and they need to fix it. There are other national carriers popping up here in the northwest picking up a lot of business that YRC has screwed up. If you don't like a post from someone you have the right to give your side, but don't even tell me what I can or cannot post.
Have you heard of the 1st amendment? People need to know what the problem is so it can be corrected.

You say "YRC has a customer service problem and they need to fix it. There are other national carriers popping up here in the northwest picking up a lot of business that YRC has screwed up".And then you say "You want your job back" Who do you really work for???

My loyalty is with who ever is signing my paycheck. Currently I am working for two different non union companies. If I am delivering for brand x I really can't go in there telling the customer how good YRC is. My take was YRC has terrible service this comes from personal experience. When outbound shipments are returned to Seattle 2 months after it leaves Seattle and then need to be put on a trailer again for the east coast or mid-west there is a problem. These are not isolated incidents, I wish they were.

You don't have to be loyal to YRC. But we don't need to have you put your opinion out there as fact. It's just your opinion. You sound like a disgruntled employee. I think (If you don't mind me giving my opinion) that one of YRC's problems right now is all the rumors flying around!

Why don't both of you grow up. How old are the both of you 10. We should all try to work together. I thought that was one meaning of the word TEAMSTER NOT DIVIDER....
