Default YRC COO August 6th in Chicago

I was told today by my local union that there is a COO meeting that is going to start on August 6th in Chicago. I know my barn will be affected in this. I don't know how big or if it is a regional or multi regional COO.

That is all the information I have now. I am thinking my self here. It might be a multi regional COO. I just don't know why they would have a COO meeting in Chicago about moving one city that is picked up by my barn to the next terminal 75 miles down the road.

I thought YRC was broke How much will this cost I say save the $$$$ and let things be for more than 6 friggin' months... Zollars have these changes as often as most of us change our underoo's..

If you remember, when the March COO was done, we were told that there will be more COO since this one was done in such a hurry and it was messed up.

Messed up is putting it mildly. I was at the Hearing. It was a total joke.

I was told today, (not sure if it is true) that the Charlotte terminal is running within 1/2 of a mile form the Hickory Terminal picking up freight.

Charlotte got a town called Conover and that is the town that the Hickory Terminal is in.
